The Electro parts BP-500 battery protector senses the voltage of the battery, when the battery reaches the off voltage set point, the Electro parts battery protector automatically disconnects the load from that battery. This protects the battery from over discharge, which results in damage to your battery. Electro parts battery protectors are found in dozens of popular caravans and motor homes.

Your item will be sent by Australia Post in most cases or via courier depending on your location at the sellers discretion.
All items, where listed as registered post, are supplied with tracking numbers. Large/bulky items may be sent via a third party courier such as COURIERS PLEASE, TOLL or TNT depending on the shipping address. Freight and postage costs do not include insurance even if postage is included in the purchase price. We highly recommend with our bigger bulky or high cost items that you take out freight insurance as we do not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. No item listed in this store are available for local pick up as items are shipped from a different warehouse facility unless specified in the individual listing.
Items that are sent via courier will be marked "authority to leave" unless you request you want to sign for the goods and we highly recommend asking to sign for expensive items as once your item is marked off as delivered, we and the carrier will not be responsible for any lost item. Items sent via Australia Post will be delivered in accordance with the Australia Post guidelines available on the austpost website.
All items in stock ordered by 11 am weekdays will be posted that same day.
We pick and package most items within 1 hr of your order being placed and we ship all items bought between Mon-Fri three times a day.

Please ensure your postal address is spelled correctly and the suburb / town matches the postcode correctly before finalizing your order.
We will happily replace any item we sell where the item is deemed faulty in manufacture by the item manufacturer. Buyer must contact us within 30 days of receiving a faulty item. Buyer must contact us within 48 hrs of receiving a damaged item for a return to be considered.
If a returned item is deemed not faulty, the item can be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense. Our Van RV will cover the freight costs of a replacement item being sent to the buyer only where an item has been deemed defective under manufacturers warranty.
We do NOT accept change of mind or ordered incorrectly as a refund reason. If you wish to exchange an item for a similar product, we may approve a refund request, but return shipping is to be paid by the buyer. The incorrectly ordered item must be returned first and inspected on return by Our Van RV before a refund can be issued. The item must be received by Our Van RV undamaged and unopened in the original packaging to be eligible to receive a refund.
The correct / replacement item must then be purchased by the buyer as a separate transaction, and a refund for the original purchase will be made if the returned item meets all requirements mentioned above and hereafter. All returns not found to be defective under the manufacturers warranty, been damaged in transit or by the buyer will be ineligible for a refund. Items need to be returned within 30 business days of purchase to obtain a refund.
All returned items for exchange or refund are subject to the restocking fee listed against the item being returned.
If items are clearly damaged when receiving them, you must notify the delivery driver before signing and accepting the item. We assess each return on a case by case basis.
Any return decision will be made final by the product manufacturer and no further correspondence will be entered in to.
All return costs will be covered by the buyer and you will not be refunded any out of pocket expenses, freight or postage costs.
